Wiredrive/NY adds Frank Coppola to the account management team
Frank Coppola brings a combination of technical skills and passion for delivering great customer service to Wiredrive’s account management team. During his four-year tenure with Apple, Frank provided technical support, conducted trainings and delivered solutions to countless customers. As the East Coast account manager, Frank will be the first point of contact for support requests from customers in the eastern United States, as well as international customers in European time zones.
Frank joins West Coast account manager Farah Fima to assist Wiredrive customers in any way that they can. Customers can contact Frank or Farah to schedule trainings, discuss their storage plans or solve any other issue related to Wiredrive.
