The short version:  Recently, some of our customers have reported page-loading errors when using Wiredrive on the Firefox 9+ browser.  We are aware of the issue and are working on a code fix.  Until then, we recommend using an alternative browser like Safari or Chrome, which are not experiencing any performance issues with Wiredrive.
