View all users function for producers

Administrators can enable the view all users function for producer-level users, which gives producers permissions to do the following user management tasks:

• View all users in their account
• Add any user to their project rooms
• Manage all basic and reviewer-level users

What happens if this function is disabled?

Producers can only manage the users they create. To add new project team members, a producer must create new users, even if they already exist. For tighter security between project rooms, Library administrators can disable user center access for producers, which forces the added users to login under a different username and password for each project room.
